In the heart of the Jaba Condominium, located in Jardim do Barreiro, on the south bank of the Tagus River, a luxury project with 68 apartments is setting a new standard for comfort and sustainability. ENERGIE, in collaboration with a partner, played a key role in this initiative, providing innovative Domestic Hot Water (DHW) solutions through the AQUAPURA SPLIT Heat Pump.<\/p>\n\n

A solution for every need<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With capacities of 120, 200, and 270 liters, the AQUAPURA SPLIT Heat Pumps were installed according to the typologies of each apartment, ensuring an efficient supply of hot water for all residents. These high-efficiency units are capable of operating at external temperatures as low as -15\u00baC and producing Domestic Hot Water at temperatures up to 65\u00baC, ensuring comfort even on the coldest days.<\/p>\n\n

Seamless and efficient integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The hot water storage tanks, with capacities adapted to each type of apartment, were intelligently integrated into the kitchen cabinets, optimizing space and ensuring a clean and functional design. The outdoor units, in turn, were discreetly installed on the balconies, blending in with the aesthetics of the architectural project.<\/p>\n\n

Efficiency and respect for the environment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The choice of the AQUAPURA SPLIT Aerothermal Heat Pump for the Jaba Condominium was motivated by the remarkable efficiency of the equipment and its perfect aesthetic integration. This innovative solution allows for water heating to temperatures of up to 60\u00b0C with maximum efficiency, meeting the most stringent energy and environmental performance standards.<\/p>\n\n
