<strong>\u00abQualit\u00e9 et R\u00e9silience Industrielle\u00bb<\/strong> framework.<\/p>\n\n<p>The updated list was formalised through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000054834748?utm_source\">Ministerial Order of 8 September 2026<\/a>, published in the French Official Journal on 13 September 2026, amending the initial list established by the Ministerial Order of 2 July 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What does this approval represent?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Introduced by Decree No. 2026-413 of 29 May 2026, this framework recognises heat pumps that meet two requirements:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A recognised quality certification, such as Heat Pump KEYMARK, NF PAC or Eurovent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final assembly carried out within the European Economic Area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Together, these criteria aim not only to ensure equipment quality and performance, but also to promote local production and strengthen European industrial resilience.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" proximity and industrial resilience.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>The inclusion of ENERGIE models on this official list represents further recognition of our commitment to certified quality, European manufacturing and the development of efficient and reliable heating and cooling solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What does this mean for the French market?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This approval also has a direct impact on the eligibility of heat pumps for energy renovation incentives in France.<\/p>\n\n<p>Since 1 September 2026, only heat pump models included on the official <strong>\u00abQualit\u00e9 et R\u00e9silience Industrielle\u00bb<\/strong> list have been eligible for the <strong>fivefold increase in the \u00abCoup de pouce Chauffage\u00bb incentive<\/strong>, under the French Energy Savings Certificates scheme \u2014 CEE.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/energie.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/bombasdecalor_en_03-1024x543.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36089\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-3, #687279);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong><em>The inclusion of ENERGIE models on the official list provides access to the fivefold increase in the French \u00abCoup de pouce Chauffage\u00bb incentive.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>This enhanced incentive applies when an individual oil, gas or coal boiler is replaced with one of the following systems:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Air-to-water heat pump;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water-to-water heat pump;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brine-to-water heat pump.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For installers, distributors and customers, inclusion on the official list provides additional assurance when selecting equipment: certified quality, European assembly and compliance with the requirements of the current financial support schemes.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A decisive date for eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The relevant date for eligibility is the date on which the quotation is signed.<\/p>\n\n<p>For projects signed on or after 1 September 2026, the selected model must be included on the official list to qualify for the fivefold increase in the incentive.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is therefore essential to confirm the exact equipment reference before the project is formally approved.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Certified quality, European manufacturing and
