Un immeuble en phase d\u2019ach\u00e8vement, comprenant 25 appartements, chacun \u00e9quip\u00e9 de syst\u00e8mes solaires thermodynamiques ENERGIE pour le chauffage central et l\u2019eau chaude sanitaire (AQS)&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Les panneaux solaires sont install\u00e9s sur le toit de l\u2019immeuble et les installations techniques rev\u00eatent trois formes diff\u00e9rentes en fonction de la typologie des appartements.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019installer le chauffe-eau et le bloc solaire dans une armoire technique sur les balcons, et des structures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es pour prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipements contre les intemp\u00e9ries ; dans d\u2019autres cas, le chauffe-eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans une armoire de la cuisine et le bloc solaire sur le balcon, log\u00e9s dans la m\u00eame structure cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet ; et enfin, il existe un troisi\u00e8me sc\u00e9nario dans lequel les blocs solaires sont install\u00e9s sur le toit, et le chauffe-eau dans le cellier des appartements.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Un exemple de qualit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 pour les futurs propri\u00e9taires des appartements.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qN25Jbcq604\">Voir la vid\u00e9o ici<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les travaux de construction du projet Casas do Ninho ont r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9s \u00e0 P\u00f3voa de Varzim, au Portugal.
