Ce r\u00e9sultat de performance a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu \u00e0 travers un essai effectu\u00e9 par l\u2019entit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante ITeCons. L\u2019essai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Norme EN 16147:2011 a permis d\u2019obtenir un excellent coefficient de performance (COP) de 3,0*. <br\/><br\/>&#13;\nLes essais sont effectu\u00e9s sans la pr\u00e9sence du rayonnement solaire. La technologie Solaire Thermodynamique peut-elle \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la place de la Technologie Solaire Thermique? Oui. Selon le r\u00e8glement en vigueur, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 29, paragraphe 3, du D\u00e9cret-loi n\u00ba 118\/2013 du Journal Officiel de la R\u00e9publique portugais, le remplacement du syst\u00e8me Solaire Thermique par un Syst\u00e8me Solaire Thermodynamique peut \u00eatre envisag\u00e9 \u00e0 condition que l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable produite par celui-ci soit \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle qui est pr\u00e9vue par le Syst\u00e8me Solaire Thermique et si l\u2019utilisation pr\u00e9vue a pour objectif de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des Eaux Chaudes Sanitaires (AQS) dans le cadre d\u2019un b\u00e2timent qui rel\u00e8ve du R\u00e8glement des B\u00e2timents d\u2019Habitation portugais.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p> Dans le cas des b\u00e2timents qui rel\u00e8vent du R\u00e8glement \u00c9nerg\u00e9tique des B\u00e2timents destin\u00e9s au Commerce et Service portugais, comme alternative \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des Syst\u00e8mes Solaires Thermiques, les Syst\u00e8mes Solaires Thermodynamiques peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s pour procurer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable, assurant, sur une base annuelle, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie primaire \u00e9quivalente au Syst\u00e8me Solaire Thermique, m\u00eame \u00e0 des fins autres que celles du chauffage de l\u2019eau, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019Arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00ba 349-D\/2013 du Journal Officiel de la R\u00e9publique portugais.
