Avec la R\u00e9glementation des B\u00e2timents R\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir la technologie de la Pompe \u00e0 Chaleur comme alternative, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9passe les exigences minimales d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 obtenues avec la technologie solaire thermique. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Ce type de solution vient de plus en plus \u00e0 gagner une grande acceptation sur le march\u00e9 portugais, \u00e9tant clairement transversal sur le territoire europ\u00e9en. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0 avec une forte croissance enregistr\u00e9e en Europe depuis 2007, et avec une tendance de croissance jusqu&rsquo;en 2030 (donn\u00e9es EHPA), la Pompe \u00e0 Chaleur poss\u00e8de de nombreux avantages et une gamme large et polyvalente d&rsquo;options pour le logement multifamilial. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>ENERGIE, la marque et le fabricant portugais depuis plus de 35 ans dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de Pompe \u00e0 Chaleur, membre du CEN (Comit\u00e9 Europ\u00e9en de Normalisation) et avec une pr\u00e9sence dans plus de 40 pays, disponibilise pour le march\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentiel, une large gamme de produits d\u2019Eau Chaude Sanitaire (ECS). <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;offre de solutions est divis\u00e9e en \u00e9quipements du type Pompes \u00e0 Chaleur Solaire et Pompes \u00e0 Chaleur A\u00e9rothermique. Les Pompes \u00e0 Chaleur Solaires, constitu\u00e9es avec panneau Solaire Thermodynamique (unit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure), de dimensions r\u00e9duites (2m x 0.80m), l\u00e9ger (8 kg), un faible impact sur l&rsquo;architecture et une grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement marin, avec chauffe-eau ECS coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un bloc thermodynamique et des capacit\u00e9s les plus vari\u00e9es. Celle-ci sont une solution \u00e9volutive face \u00e0 la technologie solaire thermique. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Dans les logements multifamiliaux, les avantages par rapport \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du thermosiphon traditionnel avec support \u00e9lectrique ou chauffe-eau intelligent sont les suivants: <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le ratio co\u00fbts-b\u00e9n\u00e9fices est clairement un atout, o\u00f9 le prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement est similaire, l&rsquo;infrastructure associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un co\u00fbt inf\u00e9rieure, l&rsquo;impact architectural n&rsquo;existe pas (invisibilit\u00e9 urbaine), ainsi que l&rsquo;absence de maintenance programm\u00e9e. <br\/><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;espace occup\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la maison est r\u00e9duit, il existe des options de rev\u00eatement en armoire standard 60&#215;60, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour ce type d\u2019habitation, en pr\u00eatant attention \u00e0 cet aspect particulier. <br\/><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De noter que l&rsquo;avantage principal de ce type d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, est le fait du m\u00eame produire de l\u2019eau chaude exclusivement \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un compresseur \u00e0 basse consommation avec la puissance thermique instantan\u00e9e variable en fonction des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.
