Le gaz chauff\u00e9 se dirige ensuite vers le compresseur, qui va le comprimer en augmentant sa pression et sa temp\u00e9rature. Il passe ensuite dans l\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur (condenseur) o\u00f9 il se condense en lib\u00e9rant la chaleur dans l\u2019eau. Le fluide passe ensuite par un d\u00e9tendeur qui fait baisser sa pression et sa temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 des valeurs inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.
