Certified equipment quality and European manufacturing capacity are playing an increasingly important role in the energy transition.
Against this backdrop, several ENERGIE heat pump models have been included in the official French list of equipment approved under the «Qualité et Résilience Industrielle» framework.
The updated list was formalised through the Ministerial Order of 8 September 2026, published in the French Official Journal on 13 September 2026, amending the initial list established by the Ministerial Order of 2 July 2026.
What does this approval represent?
Introduced by Decree No. 2026-413 of 29 May 2026, this framework recognises heat pumps that meet two requirements:
Together, these criteria aim not only to ensure equipment quality and performance, but also to promote local production and strengthen European industrial resilience.

European manufacturing and assembly: a commitment to quality, proximity and industrial resilience.
The inclusion of ENERGIE models on this official list represents further recognition of our commitment to certified quality, European manufacturing and the development of efficient and reliable heating and cooling solutions.
What does this mean for the French market?
This approval also has a direct impact on the eligibility of heat pumps for energy renovation incentives in France.
Since 1 September 2026, only heat pump models included on the official «Qualité et Résilience Industrielle» list have been eligible for the fivefold increase in the «Coup de pouce Chauffage» incentive, under the French Energy Savings Certificates scheme — CEE.

The inclusion of ENERGIE models on the official list provides access to the fivefold increase in the French «Coup de pouce Chauffage» incentive.
This enhanced incentive applies when an individual oil, gas or coal boiler is replaced with one of the following systems:
For installers, distributors and customers, inclusion on the official list provides additional assurance when selecting equipment: certified quality, European assembly and compliance with the requirements of the current financial support schemes.
A decisive date for eligibility
The relevant date for eligibility is the date on which the quotation is signed.
For projects signed on or after 1 September 2026, the selected model must be included on the official list to qualify for the fivefold increase in the incentive.
It is therefore essential to confirm the exact equipment reference before the project is formally approved.
Certified quality, European manufacturing and confidence
In a constantly evolving market, choosing a heat pump involves more than simply considering its capacity or stated efficiency.
Certification, manufacturing origin, regulatory compliance and eligibility for available incentives are becoming increasingly important in ensuring both investment security and long-term system performance.
At ENERGIE, we remain committed to developing solutions that combine efficiency, reliability and European manufacturing, while supporting our partners throughout every stage of their projects.
Our team is available to confirm the references of eligible ENERGIE models and provide the necessary technical support.
