ENERGIE recently participated in the study of a Domestic Hot Water solution (DHW), in partnership with a renowned project office, this time in a hotel development located in Vilamoura – Portugal.
The intervention is aimed at replacing existing gas boilers with high efficiency heat pumps, with Thermodynamic Solar technology, using ECO 300is systems, which consist of two thermodynamic solar panels, thermodynamic block and stainless-steel cylinder.
The energy component in the production of Domestic Hot Water has a great weight for the exploration of this Hotel, being fundamental for its competitiveness the reduction of energy consumption. The installation of the 48 ECO 300is units, distributed among the different houses, had as main factors the high energy efficiency, the great reliability and the easy architectural integration without visual impact, resulting in an effective reduction of energy consumption.
