Built in Craveiral, the “Farmhouse” is the latest hotel complex on the Alentejo coast, combining the tranquility and simplicity of nature with the comfort of contemporary accommodation. This Hotel unit consists of 38 houses, spread over the estate, with typologies T0, T1, T2 and also a main building for guest support services.
The equipment line for the Domestic Hot Water of the 38 accommodation units and service building, where the indoor pool is inserted, are exclusively Heat Pumps with Thermodynamic Solar Technology, the ECOTOP range.
The houses of T2 typology are equipped with ECOTOP 200 Heat Pumps with 200 liters of accumulation, while the T1 typologies have ECOTOP 100 with wall application and 100 Liters of accumulation. These units allow an easy architectural framing due to the installation versatility of the indoor units (DHW heaters) and outdoor units (Thermodynamic Solar Panels).
The indoor swimming pool heating is ensured by a THERMODYNAMIC SOLAR BLOCK 16 (SB16) composed by 16 Thermodynamic Solar Panels totaling 24.21 kW of maximum thermal power.
These ultra-efficient systems allow the reduction of energy consumption, not only due to their high efficiency, but also for the possibility of their activation / deactivation according to the percentage of occupation of the hotel. Such savings would not be possible with a centralized production.
