REFERENCE WORK – QUINTA DA MARINHA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The Sintra-Cascais Nature Park is home to the exclusive area of Quinta da Marinha, one of the most prestigious residential areas in Portugal, featuring golf courses and stunning beaches.
Two items of ENERGIE equipment were installed in a residence in this region, an Ultra 16 Solar Block, entrusted with heating an area of 300 m² through underfloor heating, and an ECO 500is Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Thermodynamic Solar System.
The Thermodynamic Solar System features just one mechanical component that consumes electricity: a highly efficient low-consumption compressor. The ecological fluid enters the solar panel, capable of capturing radiation even on cloudy days, and flows into a heat exchanger that, with the help of the compressor, heats the water. The fluid cools and the circuit is repeated.
This technology enables you to combine savings with high performance, efficiency and quality in DHW heating, providing customers with the comfort of producing hot water throughout the year.
