BUFFER TANK

ENERGIE buffer tanks have been developed for the temporary storage of thermal energy in the form of hot and/or chilled water, for use in Domestic Hot Water (DHW) production and HVAC applications in heat pump systems. Their use optimizes system operation, improving energy efficiency and enhancing indoor comfort.
ENERGIE buffer tanks are manufactured in stainless steel and feature thermal insulation tailored to the different product ranges. They are available in capacities from 30 to 5000 litres.

ENERGIE buffer tanks are manufactured in stainless steel and feature thermal insulation tailored to the different product ranges. They are available in capacities from 30 to 5000 litres.

  • Models ≤ 500L:
    Manufactured from AISI 444 stainless steel, with external
    insulation in injected rigid polyurethane foam (CFC- and HCFC-free PU),
    60 mm thick.
  • Models > 500L:
    Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, with external
    insulation in flexible polyurethane foam (CFC- and HCFC-free PU),
    50 mm thick (100 mm optional).
